We pioneered traditional neighborhood design - featuring elements in our subdivisions typically lost in larger developments. For example, our Old Suwanee neighborhood revitalized the surrounding area by providing a menagerie of home types and amenities - featuring pocket parks, rear-entry garages on alleyways, and clean, traditional streetscapes.
