Our beautifully developed Davis Oaks town home community highlights how intelligent storm water management can result in an efficient as well as aesthetically pleasing use of space. Davis Oaks employs five storm water drainage basins to manage the watershed of the site. Clever roof and road design funnel water into these basins to effectively eliminate run-off water from the property.
