Conservation Communities

When faced with environmental challenges, we rise to the occasion. Take our wonderfully developed Apalachee Heritage subdivision, for example. Completed almost 20 years ago, our developers used intelligent design to conserve over 80 acres of green space and woodlands, placing the land in a permanent conservation easement and saving the neighboring creek watershed, all while providing miles of hiking trails for the community.
