"When we built our Richport home, we were delighted with the decorative details that are usually 'upgrade options' with other builders, but are included in the base price of Richport designs. The rocking chair front porch is so charming and invites neighbors to stop and visit. We love that the garages are neatly placed out of sight at the rear of the house. We both gravitated to the large kitchen, which is perfect for cooking and entertaining. We have found that house to be energy efficient: our gas bills are less than half what we used to pay to heat the same square footage in our former house!
