Richport Properties is pleased to announce that Jeff Caughey has been named the builder for its newest community, New Rockbridge. Located just minutes from I-85 off of Jimmy Carter Road, New Rockbridge will feature just 68 townhomes priced from the high $100,000s in a convenient location.

Caughey started with Richport in November 2006, after building homes around metro Atlanta for the past 12 years. He has primarily focused on building custom homes in different communities, but has also built private parcels with acreage. Caughey resides in a 111-year-old historical home in downtown Jefferson. His hobbies include restoring his house and salt-water fishing.
"In a short period of time, everyone at Richport has made me feel at home," said Caughey. "It is such an awesome team of people to work with. My goal is to be a contributing factor to the successful growth at Richport by building long-lasting quality homes."
When complete, New Rockbridge will offer 11 townhomes with one-car garages, at 1,700 square feet, and 57 two-car garage townhomes, at just under 2,000 square feet.
New Rockbridge is located behind Rockbridge Elementary School, and children in the community will attend New Rockbridge, Lilburn Middle and Meadowcreek High schools.
